We work directly within our clients' software platforms and systems, which may include but are not limited to various automation, integration, and workflow platforms. Our service model is specifically designed to minimize data access and ensure client control over their systems and data.

Client Data Protection

No Local Data Storage

• We do not download or store client data on our local systems
• All work is performed directly within client platforms and systems
• We maintain a strict "no local storage" policy for client data

Access Management

• Client platforms are accessed only through client-provided credentials or platform-specific role assignments
• Temporary access credentials are securely stored in our enterprise-grade password management system
• Clients retain full control over access permissions and can revoke access at any time
• We recommend and support client-controlled access methods, such as platform-specific consultant roles where available

Service Delivery

• Our services are delivered primarily through scheduled video conference sessions
• Session recordings, when permitted by clients, are stored securely
• Clients may request sessions to be unrecorded for sensitive operations
• We work exclusively on client systems during these sessions
